T&D supplied Carillion telent, the BT Openreach support services contractor, with Lucy Mini Feeder Pillars. 

Telent provides 300 qualified cabling engineers constantly on-call to carry out civil engineering, pole renewals and underground cabling to support stringent service level requirements for BT Openreach.

Lucy Zodion Fortress Mini Pillars type 4816 were specified to provide LV electricity distribution for copper cables from the telephone exchange to your home.

Lucy Fortress Mini Pillars have been designed as robust and effective enclosures to provide electrical services for a variety of applications, the feeder pillars incorporate a high level of corrosion proofing to ensure durability and a long maintenance free life. The top mounted tri-head lock secures the door in place.

The Mini pillar range is available in 7 sizes to meet most applications for the smaller installation. The 7 pillars sizes are also available in two material finishes:

1. HDG - sheet steel which is hot dip galvanised to BS 729
2. HDP - sheet steel which is hot dip galvanised to BS 729 and then treated and painted as standard in grey
