"I must agree with John McGaughan, we have to keep training the younger folks, it sometimes takes a while to find someone that has the "hands", and the right attitude. Capping lead cables is a great start, learning the feel of the metal, and not the "fear" of the metal," comments Douglas Page (EHV Jointer).
