High Voltage, High Specification Cable Duct Sealing For Network Rail Power Integrity

CSD RISE Cable Duct Sealing Systems

Fire, Gas, Watertight Sealing

CSD RISE Cable Duct Seals provide advanced protection to LV-HV power and S&T cables and equipment on Network Rail infrastructure. This includes protecting 25kV trackside high voltage power cables feeding into lineside substations on rail electricification schemes. 25kV single core power cables distribute HV power supplies from Network Rail track-side switching stations to the overhead line equipment on A.C. electrified lines.

Network Rail Infrastructure

Maintaining vital power supply and therefore revenue stream to the end client is not negotiable in the UK rail industry. Power outages caused by water ingress into substations can be prevented. CSD RISE can be used to seal vertical and horizontal cable ducts - the split insert sleeves grip to rail cables without sliding and falling out of the penetration.

CSD RISE cable duct seal systems are compatible with XLPE insulated high voltage power cables, this includes 11kV, 25kV and 33kV multi-core and single core cables. Furthermore, CSD RISE can seal and protect DNO specification 11kV Triplex cables on both public and private networks. More Info - HV Triplex Cable Duct Seals.
