Flexicon Flexible Conduits were delighted to present, Flexicon LTPLFH, the latest LUL London Underground ‘approved for use’ liquid tight flexible conduit for the first time at Railtex. With an IP rating of up to IP69k and a low fire hazard rating, Flexicon LTPLFH offers compliance with LU standard 1-085 for limited and dispersed applications.

• High mechanical strength
• Good flexibility
• IP rating: IP66 + IP67+ IP68 (5 bar) + IP69K
• Smooth wipe clean outer cover
• Cover does not wrinkle when bent
• Temperature range: LTPLFH -25°C to +90°C
• Resistant to oils and greases
• UV resistant (black) and suitable for external use
• Nickel plated brass or stainless steel fittings

 

Flexicon LTPLFH low fire hazard conduit system would typically be used in public buildings where there is a need for low fire hazard performance and where liquid tight is a requirement. It can be used with the company’s wide range of liquid tight fittings and its new range of EXD flameproof barrier glands.
