CSD RISE Duct Seals Specified for Sealing Motorway Comms Cables

T&D are working with several Highways Agency contractors supplying and specifying the CSD RISE Cable Duct Seal system for providing effective and reliable sealing to 94mm (ID) internal diameter motorways cable ducting (purple type).   

Also Ridgicoil cable duct is a coiled twin wall underground cable protection with flexibility eliminating the need for special bends and the smooth bore has a low co-efficient of friction for ease of cable installation.

The long cable duct coils reduce the need for on-site jointing. Note there are differences of cable duct requirements for ducts in Series 500 and Series 1500 of the Specification for Highway Works.
