Sealing Cable & Pipes  - Multiple & Single Cable and Pipe Transit Frames

Roxtec sealing system is a mechanical sealing solution available for various applications, including multiple as well as single-cable and pipe penetrations.

With six basic Roxtec modules, it is possible to seal cables and pipes from 4mm to 99mm in diameter in transits with multiple openings.

Standard versions of single penetration seals handle cables or pipes with a diameter of up to 580mm. The Roxtec sealing modules are inserted around cables or pipes in transit frames that are welded or bolted to the structure.

The Roxtect cable and pipe transit frames are available in different shapes, materials and sizes for different applications. The Roxtect transit system is sealed with a Roxtec Wedge or an integrated compression unit

Roxtec sealing system is used to seal all types of penetrating cables and pipes, passing through decks and bulkheads on rigs and other offshore units.

The Roxtec sealing system has been developed and designed to withstand very tough conditions. Roxtec seals ensure protection against fire, jet-fire, water, and gas pressure and explosions, as well as electromagnetic interference.

Roxtec can also provide solutions for bonding and grounding - Roxtec system is well suited to seal hydraulic or sprinkler pipes, as the rubber absorbs vibrations and reduces noise.

Roxtec cable and pipe transit sealing products are tested and approved for use in A-class and H-class rated sections according to IMO Res. A.754 (18) and SOLAS.

Roxtec sealing products are certified by classification societies such as Lloyd's Register of Shipping, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Bureau Veritas, Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Germanischer Lloyd, and Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
