T&D have supplied 324off CTL Clearcast 1kV resin filled cable joints for cable sizes varying from 4 core 4sqmm to 4 core 185sqmm to a large Alfalfa Farm in Northern Sudan. Alfalfa is known as the ‘queen of forage’; it is one of the highest yielding fodder crops, with the highest relative feed value (RFV). Alfalfa flourishes in Sudan’s hot, dry climate growing all year round.

Thorne & Derrick Exports specified CTL Clearcast cable joints and guided the expatriate agricultural engineer representing a UK Agricultural Supply Company through the process of selecting the correct resin cable joints for power cable jointing on the low voltage electrical system.
