Copper Earthing Mats (Lattice) For Combatting Step Potentials Problems

Kingsmill Earthing LCEM930

Lattice Copper Earth Mat : 900mm x 900mm x 3mm

Manufactured from 25x3mm Soft Drawn Copper Tape

Kingsmill Lattice Copper Earth Mats are used where step potential could cause problems, they are a lower cost option to a Solid Copper Earth Plate and when used with Bentonite earthing compound, they provide a long lasting earth solution. Copper earth mats are generally used as an electrode where significant amounts of fault current can be encountered.

E&S Grounding Solutions is the premier grounding, earthing, and electrical safety consulting firm in the United States. Lead electrical engineer David Stockin is the author of McGraw-Hills NEC 2014 Grounding and Earthing Handbook which fully discusses above-grade wiring issues and below-grade earthing issues related to electrical grounding in conjunction with Article 250 of the 2011 National Electrical Code.

Step & Potential Earthing

All Lattice Mats are manufactured by Kingsmill from raw copper tape stock and go through a series of manufacturing processes by skilled staff, thereby enabling Kingsmill to manufacture and assemble any earthing Lattice Mat with consistent quality control.

Kingsmill use quality raw stock materials to British Standards and as with all Earthing and Lightning Protection products, the Copper Lattice Mats are manufactured and packaged to an exceptional standard.
