CATU Insulating Rubber Gloves
T&D are Approved Vendors to BT for the Catu range of insulating gloves. The approval of the Catu insulating gloves by British Telecom plc facilitates the national roll-out of gloves to all BT engineers carrying out telecoms installation and maintenance work within BT TEL EXCH (telephone exchanges).

BT have commenced procurement of Catu Class 2 Insulating Gloves for maximum working voltage up to 17,000V following successful field testing. Catu latex insulating gloves are without mechanical protection for use with silicon leather glove covers.
