Alroc and Cembre Cable Tools Package For Chuvash Republic

Cembre Tools. Alroc Tools.

This morning, T&D Exports with support from the UKTI have secured a £25,000.00+ purchase order to supply a complete range of Electrical Cable Tools to support the electrical engineering cluster of the Chuvash Republic.

T&D are supplying several sets of Cembre RH50 Crimp Heads suitable for crimping cables up to 240sqmm when coupled with the Cembre PO7000 Hydraulic Pump. The Cembre crimping tools include hexagonal die sets 4-240sqmm.

Also included are Alroc 8YRO-LH3 and Alroc 8YRO-LH4 adjustable insulation stripping tools for removing XLPE from high voltage power cables with diameters 60-100mm. Alroc 8YRO-LHS3 and Alroc 8YRO-LHS4 cable tools are designed to remove semi-conducting screens from high voltage power cables. The Cembre and Alroc tools will be used by high voltage electrical engineers for the preparation and stripping of power cables prior to carrying out cable joint and cable termination installations.
