Cembre hydraulic crimp head RH50 complete with quick automatic coupler for connection to a hydraulicpump with a working pressure of 700bar max.

Cembre crimp head RH50 is ideal for high volume and bench crimping due to ligheweight (1.6kg) and compression speed.

Cembre RH50 Hydraulic Presshead - User Instructions

Cembre RH50 presshead tool is suitable for crimping electrical cable connectors, lugs and splices for conductors up to 240sqmm (500 MCM).

• Cembre RH50 presshead is equipped wth "self-lock" quick male coupler
• Presshead can be connected to Cembre hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical pump
• Select the appropriate crimp die set for the electrical connector (lug or splice)
• Open the presshead latch and release the upper die holder
• Insert one die into the upper die holder and one die into lower die holder
• Close the presshead crimp tool latch
• Insert the conductor into the connector
• Locate the connector between the dies at the desired crimping position
• Operate the pump to advance the main ram
• Continue to operate the pump the ram will advance until the crimp dies meet
• Continue pumping until maximum pressure valve is activated
• Fully release the oil pressure from the pump to retract the ram
• The presshead will now release the crimped connector (lug or splice)

Crimping Tool Tips & Notes : Oil pressure in the Cembre RH50 presshead must be always completely released before disconnecting the head from the nose.

Crimping Tool Maintenance : Dust, sand and dirt threaten the safe and reliable operation of all hydraulic presshead tools - after use the Cembre RH50 should be cleaned with a clean cloth taking care to remove any residual especially close to pivots and movable parts.
