Rail cable hangers and cable brackets with low smoke zero halogen (LS0H, LSF) properties exceeding LUL specification - London Underground standards compliant J type rail cable hangers are high strength, rigid and durable one piece construction. Melcroft J cable hangers are suitable for use with HV power cables, LV signalling cables and radio signal cable propagation signalling systems.
 
Other recognised ‘J’ hangers and rail cable brackets are also supplied - compliant with The London Underground Limited Engineering Standard “Fire safety performance of materials” specification - Document Reference No. A-1085. This includes galvanised steel rail cable hangers for single or multiple cable hanging.

Benefits - High stength, chemical resistant, 50 year effective life, no burrs to snag or damage rail cables, serviceable to 330 degrees celsius, non-magnetic, non-rusting and suitable for LV-HV power, signalling and radio signalling cable systems. J type cable hangers are Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSF) specification with London Underground Limited (LUL) approval.

• Cable Hangers, J Type : Ellis Patents Pegasus (Nylon) 

Ellis Patents Pegasus nylon cable hangers are a non-metallic modular cable hanging system complete with a 6000 series aluminium shrouded spine. The cable hangers are manufactured from a high strength nylon and can be manufactured to meets the requirements of the London Underground 1-085 specification with independent testing taken place to prove the conformity to the standard including toxicity, limited oxygen and smoke emission.

• Cable Hangers, J Type : Ellis Patents (Galvanised Steel)

Ellis Patents also manufacture galvanised steel cable hangers for supporting S&T and power cables up to 100mm diameter. 1 way, 2 way, 3 way, 4 way, 5 way and 6 way cable hangers are available with J type design. Cable hangers are fabricated from mild steel flat bar, hot dipped galvanised to BS EN 1461:1999 after manufacture.
