The Cembre HT-51 Hydraulic Crimping Tool is lightweight (2.7kg) and compact for the crimping and compression of low and high voltage cable lugs, splices and connectors up to 150sqmm.

The Cembre HT-51 crimping tool is ideal for working in confined switchgear and electrical equipment and features a two stage crimping process. The Cembre HT- 51 hydraulic crimping tool also has spring loaded handles allowing the die sets to be advanced with one hand, using the free hand to position the connector prior to crimping. The crimp tool head rotates through 180 degrees for ease of operation and comfort of the electrical engineer or cable jointer.

The Cembre HT-51 hydraulic crimping tool feature built-in safety valves which by-pass the oil supply when the maximum pressure is reached. An insulated version of the HT-51 crimping tool is available for DNO's and utility contractors. The HT-51 has a crimping force of 50kN.
