The Cembre HT131-C hydraulic crimping tool is a lightweight (5.5kg) and compact tool for the crimping and compression of low and high voltage cable lugs, splices and connectors up to 400sqmm.

The Cembre HT131-C hydraulic crimping tool has spring loaded handles allowing the die sets to be advanced with one hand, using the free hand to position the connector prior to crimping. The head of the Cembre HT131-C crimping tool can rotate through 180 degrees, making it easy and comfortable for the electrical engineer/ cable jointer to operate.

The Cembre HT131-C crimping tools feature built-in safety valves which by-pass the oil supply when the maximum pressure is reached and the Cembre tool is also modified to accept die sets to perform "Deep Stepped Indent" system of crimping on aluminium cables. The Cembre HT131-C hydraulic tool has a crimping force of 130kN.
