Tyco Raychem Shrinkset type pot-end universal cable joints are suitable for straight, branch and pot-end jointing of 3 core XLPE/PILC/PICAS cables. Cable pot-ends are designed to provide a universal system for three core 11kV pot ending of polymeric or paper cables.

Pot-end joints are either encapsulated into the plastic joint mould using standard polyurethane resin or 3M 1402FR hydrocarbon resistant resin for hazardous areas.
