Roxtec KFO Transit Frame

The Roxtec KFO frame is a lightweight composite (PA) frame, suitable where it is important to keep weight down to a minimum. An openable frame which can be installed around existing cables. It can be supplied with an 80 millimetre wide plastic flange (PP) for bolting to fragile structures where the holes need to be drilled at a distance from the frame.

1. Make sure that all inside surfaces of the frame are free from dust or dirt. Lubricate the inside surfaces with Roxtec Lubricant, especially into the corners.

2. Adapt modules, which are to hold cables or pipes, by peeling off layers until you reach the gap seen in pic. 3. The halves may not differ by more than one layer.

3. Achieve a 0.1-1.0 mm gap between the two halves when held against the cable/pipe

4. Lubricate all modules for the frame thoroughly, both the inside and the outside surfaces
