High Voltage Power Cable Ties

Stainless steel red colour coated cable ties provide an ideal colour match and aesthetic solution to the locating and bundling of high voltage, red cable sheathed power cables, 6.6kV, 11kV and 33kV.

BAND-IT cables ties are also LSF zero-halogen, UV and fire resistant and provide the high tensile strength required for handling high voltage power cable installations without cracking, sagging and failing under the strain like nylon cable ties - cable ties are suitable for bundling or clamping underground rail power cables located in tunnels or trackside.
  
BAND-IT stainless steel cable ties locate, support and bundle low voltage armoured power cable circuits up to 4 core 400sqmm XLPE/SWA - coated stainless steel cable ties are specified for bundling "soft-sheath" insulated cables, such as EPR power, control and instrumentation cables.

Stainless steel cable ties can be used strap and bundle single core 11kV (including Triplex) and 33kV power cables to form one three phase circuit in a trefoil arrangement - single core high voltage power cables should be neatly bundled in close trefoil and bound typically at intervals of one metre with stainless steel cable ties or nylon cable ties with smooth internal surface.
