Silver Fox Tie-on Cable Labels are ideal for larger cables and cable bundles and for use with nylon or stainless steel cable ties.

Silver Fox Fox-Flo tie-on cable labels are low-smoke, zero-halogen and UV-stable. Produced using the highest quality materials offering long-term endurance and reliability of zero halogen cable labels.

The Silver Fox Fox-Flo labels are both strong and flexible and can be attached using either nylon or stainless steel cable ties.

Print quickly and easily using the Silver Fox Plug'N'Play thermal printer and Silver Fox Labacus Innovator Advanced or Professional labelling software.

The Fox-Flo Zero Halogen Tie-on Cable Labels are authorised for use for London Underground Limited projects and suitable for any applications where LSZH is specified.

Installed using Fox-in-a-Box thermal printing option: Standard / Advanced / Professional.        

Print Speed : LCLZ1-9015T (90mm x 15mm) will yield approx. 3000 labels (single ribbon).

• UV Stability -  the standard for UV testing is 500-1000 hours and often with just the base material. Silver Fox successfully independently tested Fox-Flo cable labels (Yellow/Red/Blue/White) for 8000 hours of accelerated UV ageing.
  
  This NDT represents 12-16 years Northern Europe and 6.7-8 years Tropical Regions.
  
  After the UV test, the testing house removed the cable labels from their holding plates and successfully flexed all of the finished printed labels through 360 degrees.            
   
• LSHOH, LSZH, LSF - Yellow/White/Blue/Red Fox-Flo cable labels have been successfully independently tested for: Toxicity, Smoke, Flame Propagation, Oxygen Index.
  
  By way of example: OI range 44.6% - 48% (dependant on colour). As a guide; minimum standard for London Underground is 34%.            
   
• UL94 - Yellow/White/Blue/Red Fox-Flo cable labels have been successfully tested to the highest level: UL94 Rating: V0.
