CSD RISE system provides watertight, gastight and fireproof seals for cables and pipes in onshore applications.

Gastight & Watertight Cable & Pipe Seals
The elasticity and high bonding strength of FIWA sealant offers a flexible cable and pipe seal resistant to movement, shock, vibration and high pressure. CSD RISE rubber insert sleeves are applied to provide cable seperation and a backing for the application of the FIWA sealant - for watertight and gastight sealing applications, 60mm CSD RISE sleeves are sufficient.

20mm FIWA sealant layer + 60mm RISE insert sleeves = 1.5 bar pressure resistance.


Gastight, Watertight & Fireproof Cable & Pipe Seals
Using CSD RISE insert sleeves at a length of 160mm and applying FIWA sealant to both sides of the opening will provide a fire tight seal for cables and pipes. When exposed to heat or flame, the advanced rubbers used within the CSD sealing system will resist heat and flame, assuring total cable or pipe conduit sealing protection against fire, heat, toxic and corrosive gases.

2 x 20mm FIWA sealant layers + 160 RISE inser sleeves = 2.5 bar pressure resistance plus 4 hours fire protection
