CATU CM High Voltage Insulating Stick
Insulating Sticks IEC-61235 for Short Circuiting & Earthing Systems
CATU High Voltage Insulating Sticks enable the positioning of voltage detectors and short-circuiting and earthing systems for use on high voltage power cables, overhead lines and switchgear.
CATU CM high voltage insulating sticks are tested and approved to IEC 60855 and EN 50508.
For common high voltage applications, CATU CM insulating sticks are available as complete sets including 2 or 3 elements to provide simple electrical safety solutions for working distances from 2 to 6 metres.
CATU CM sticks are used to manoeuvere HV high voltage and EHV extra high voltage earth clamps - this includes CATU MT-731, MT-732, MT-734, MT-735 and MT-757 aluminium clamps for high voltage copper cables up to 150sqmm.

CATU telescopic insulating sticks for voltage detectors and short circuiting earthing systems up to 90kV for use in dry or wet condition high voltage substations - insulating sticks in accordance with IEC 61235 and IEC 60855.
Insulating Sticks for Short Circuiting and Earthing Systems
For Cables 95mm2 and above CM-6 Insulating Sticks are recommended.
Yellow colour elements, with superior characteristics, they are connected between them without any prior order of assembly.
These elements allow "long length" insulating stick assemblies which can support short-circuit systems with large cross-section cables. Shockproof guard and pole end cap.
