Roxtec R Transit Frame

Roxtec R pipe and cable transit frames, are round frames for installation in pipe sleeves or round holes.

The compression is integrated in the frame and is used together with standard RM modules, attachment is by expansion within the hole, and can be installed around existing pipes and cables.

Roxtec R frames are supplied with a net installed on the back side as protection during horizontal installations (except R 70 and R 75).

The Roxtec cable transit frame can be cut open for installation around existing cables or pipes.

The group of round frames are based on the RM structure with 60mm inserts. Roxtec round frames/seals are available both as single seals (RS) and round frames (R) for multiple cables.

6. Adapt modules which are to seal cables cables or pipes by peeling off layers until you reach the gap seen in pic 7. The halves may not differ by more than one layer.

7. Achieve a 0.1-1.0mm gap between the two halves when held against the cable/pipe
