Roxtec Swan Neck Transit Frame

Roxtec cable transit SRC frames are a metal frame attached by welding and are intended for Load Bearing Structures. Designed with rounded corners to reduce stress concentration and the risk of cracks around the frame.

Available in two standard versions, Roxtec SRC R20 and Roxyec SRC R40.  For use with Roxtec RM cable and pipe sealing modules. Roxtec SRC cable transit frames are available in primed mild steel.

1. Make sure that all inside surfaces of the frame are free from dust or dirt.

2. Lubricate the inside surfaces with Roxtec Lubricant, especially into the corners.

3. Adapt modules which are to hold cables or pipes by peeling off layers until you reach the gap seen in pic. 4

4. Achieve a 0.1-1.0 mm gap between the two halves when held against the cable/pipe.
