Tokstrip joint sealant is used for sealing precast concrete manholes, inspection chambers, shafts, tunnels and box culverts. Tokstrip is a Denso Sealing Technology brand.

Tokstrip joint sealant is designed to provide a permanently flexible, watertight joint between precast concrete units - these joints are formed under compression when the Tokstrip compound is reduced to half its original thickness. Tokstrip sealant is easy to apply by hand and ensures an effecitve long-term seal under all site and weather conditions. Denso Tokstrip has remained the preferred choice for sealing precast concrete unit joints in the construction and water utility industry.

Tokstrip joint sealant is specifically approved as a joint sealant for precast concrete units manufactured to BS EN 1917 - Tokstrip meets BS EN 1917 requirements for manholes (no need for concrete surrounds).

Tokstrip joint sealant suits circular manholes, inspection chambers and access shafts with ogee, rebated or tongued and grooved manhole joints.
