Earth End Clamps & Line End Clamps - Overhead Line

 

Portable earthing for use on high voltage overhead lines including to 66kV, 132kV, 275kV and 400kV conductors during erection and maintenance - PB Weir earthing systems are designed to provide safe and secure earth clamping employing aluminium alloy clamps, aluminium earthing leads and glass fibre operating poles. Portable earthing has been developed in conjunction with the National Grid and are currently included in their Standard 43921 TPS /113 (Overhead Lines) or NS14 (Work on Overhead Lines) 

Line end clamps are available as clip-on or screw type and applied by insulated operating poles. Earth end clamps are lightweight for hand application to copper clad steel earth rod. Flexible aluminium earth leads are available as 50sqmm, 70sqmm, 95sqmm, 120sqmm and 150sqmm with compression terminations.

Also : PB Weir Sparrow Plates to provide common point of earthing connection for portable drain earths and PB Weir Deas Bars for connecting into arcing horn landing holes.
