Two Pole Phase Comparator For Indoor Use

CATU Detex Phase Comparator CL-8-36 detects voltage differences between any two points of an electrical installation indicated by LED's.

Two pole phase comparators also enable the assessment of the order of the residual current induced by nearby lines lines, live cables or circuits, thus differentiating voltages from the one provided directly from a high voltage source. 

CATU's DETEX CL-8-36 phase comparators functions over 2-33/36kV voltages with assembled length of 1.25 metres.

Note - Unlike single core voltage testers, dual core (two pole) testers can recognise potential voltage differences between any two points in a high voltage installation.

Primarily reserved for conductors of the same phase (matching), CATU detectors can also be used for dual core detection and for testing high voltage fuses.
