Ritherdon stainless steel feeder pillars are manufactured with an integral root, body and detachable door. Feeder Pillars Stainless Steel The feeder pillar is constructed from 2.0mm thick stainless steel for high strength, durability and corrosion protection - feeder pillars are available with either a natural or powder finish in dark grey, light grey, dark green and black (pictured).

The lower front section of the pillar and the duct apertures in the side and back of the root allow access for the underground cable ducting. Two M6 studs complete with nuts and washers and an earth cable are provided for bonding the feeder pillar door to the body for electrical protection.

To provide stability during installation, there is a base plate which protrudes at the front and both sides. The rear edge of this plate is welded flush with the rear panel of the pillar body allowing installation close to a wall. A suggested ground level is marked on the outer faces of the pillar which ensures installation at the optimum depth.
