Silver Fox Thermal Cable Labels

 

Silver Fox Legend 2-part labelling system label is able to fit inside the Silver Fox 2-part labelling system tube which acts as a carrier and also protects the ident.

The tail of the Silver Fox cable label is pulled through the tube then torn or cut after insertion leaving the label in the tube. Print using the Silver Fox DTP-1 Plug'N'Play Fox-in-a-Box thermal printer.

The 2- part cable labels are available in 3 lengths in rolls of 5000 labels.

Silver Fox 2-Part Labelling System - Clear Heat Shrink Tubing

Silver Fox clear heat shrink tubing is for use with the 2-part cable labelling system. The heat shrink tubing acts as both a carrier and protector for the 2-part cable label.

Installed using Fox-in-a-Box thermal printing option: Standard / Advanced / Professional.        

Print Speed : L6/20T (20/30/50mm x 5mm) will yield approx. 5000 labels (1 roll).

How To Remove Laser Cable Labels

Step 1 – Slide the tubing onto the cable/wire

Step 2 – Pull the printed label through the tubing

Step 3 – Tear/cut off tail

Silver Fox 2-Part Labelling - Thermal Cable Labels - Specification 

Silver Fox tubing is available in various sizes depending on the diameter of the cable. The size of the tubing doesn't matter as the cable label will still fit.

Additionally, the Silver Fox clear tubing and matching labels are available in 3 lengths: 20mm, 30mm and 50mm. The longer the cable label, the more characters that can be printed.

Because of the special design of the 2-part labelling system clear tubing, it is possible to slide the blank tubing onto the cable prior to termination. The label can be applied at any time during and after termination.
