End Strippers​

Ripley WS 5 End Strippers are used when splicing, jointing and terminating both HV and LV overhead power, transmission and distribution cables.

The WS 5 is used for precision stripping of insulation only or insulation and semi-con simultaneously and can strip XLPE, polyethylene & EPR insulation.

It is ideal for primary URD cable and can be used on cable outer diameters from 0.260-1.265 in (6.60-32.13mm), 600V to 35kV.

The WS 5 end stripper permits accurate preset stripping lengths of up to 4 in (101.60mm) and a guarded cutting blade prevents injury.
