The cable jointing tools have been selected to ensure the preparation of medium voltage power cables can be easily undertaken. Nexans 82320 kit is supplied in a hard wearing, foam filled case, protecting the contents from damage. Nexans 82320 Tool Kit is ideal for medium voltage cable jointers needing to prepare and strip power cables prior to the installation of Nexans Euromold screened separable connectors.

Ripley WS76 semi-con scoring tool shaves bonded semi-con screens from high voltage power cables, this includes 11kV and 33kV HV power cable. The Ripley WS76 is designed to shave bonded semi-con and shaves 11kV, 15kV, 33kV and 35kV screened power cables. The WS76 accurately removes semi-con shield shield within 25mm spiral action in forward position. By reversing the shaving tool, accurately removes semi-con shield within 7mm (spiral action). The thumb switch on the semi-con scoring tool allows cable jointers to form a spiral to square cut without requiring a stop device
