A release button cuts the power and de-energises the Marechal plug before it can be removed.

Ensure long working life - the Marechal decontactor butt contacts have silver-nickel tips which are an excellent conductor, corrosion-resistant, shock resistant (Ik08) and environmentally sound (-40 °C to +60 °C).
