CSD RISE cable duct sealing system provides an effective and simple solution to all fire, gas and watertight duct sealing requirements. CSD RISE Street Lighting cable duct sealing system consists of only 2 components : rubber insert sleeves and FIWA ; a silicone based, fire resistant, water repellent sealant. CSD RISE duct seal system is quick, easy and reliable to install.

Water & Gas Tight Cable Duct Seals - CSD RISE

The elasticity and high bonding strength of FIWA sealant offers a flexible cable duct seal resistant to movement, shock, vibration and high pressure. CSD RISE rubbe rinsert sleeves are applied to provide cable separation and a backing for the application of the FIWA sealant - for water and gas tight duct seals 60mm RISE sleeves are recommended.

Fire, Water & Gas Tight Cable Duct Seals - CSD RISE

Using FRR/LEHF RISE insert sleeves at a length of 160mm and applying FIWA sealant to both faces of the opening provides a fire tight seal. When exposed to heat or flame, the CSD RISE duct sealing system expands to around 10 times the original volume, creating a rubber mass surrounding the cables within the penetration. CSD RISE duct seal provides total conduit sealing against fire, heat, toxic and corrosive gases.
