G123 - (Trinidite A57/EHT) General Purpose Grade Hot Pour Compound

G123 Hot Pour Compound up to 11kV - UK Power Networks Approved.

G123 (Trinidite A57/EHT) Hot Pour Compound requires heating prior to pouring and therefore protective clothing should be worn to prevent accidental skin burns - this should include gloves, boots, overalls and eye protection.
 
 G123 (Trinidite A57/EHT) Hot Pour Compound must be  heated in a clean and dry compound bucket to prevent carbonised  deposits being introduced from previous heating operations. Hot pour compounds will tend to contract on cooling  and it is necessary  for a "top-up" pouring to complete the high voltage 11kV cable box filling operation.

Softening point 52-58 deg C
Pouring temperature range of 120-130 deg C.
Suitable for use with PVC & MDPE cable sheaths
Impulse voltage tested to a 179kV peak at 21 deg C
