Morgan Marine Roadside GRP Cabinets & Feeder Pillars are designed to house and protect instrumentation, pump sets and control panels - GRP cabinets are installed by utilities (electric, gas and water), local authorities, construction and rail contractors.

GRP cabinets are available with a choice of a cylinder night latch lock or a hasp and staple and can be pre-fitted with plywood backboard for mounting equipment.

Morgan Marine Roadside GRP Cabinets (Standard) are manufactured from Single Skin GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer) using self-extinguishing fire retardant resin to Class 2 BS 476 Part 2.

GRP cabinets are low maintenance and non corrosive suitable for outdoor installation. Standard colours of stock GRP cabinets available are BS 5252 14-C-39 Green and 10-A-07 Grey - complete BS5252 or RAL colour range is available.

Morgan Marine Roadside GRP Cabinets installation : standard feeder pillars or cabinets have an open base with an intgeral flange. Integral composite floors are available (standard on GRP Type P, GRP Torbette and GRP Meter Cabinet). Standard fixing of the feeder pillar is thorugh reinforced internal flanges by rawl bolts onto prepared concrete bases. Morgan Marine Roadside feeder pillars and cabinets (single door) can be wall mounted.
