Cembre B500E, 18V Battery Hydraulic Crimping Tool

The Cembre B500E is a battery operated, hydraulic cable crimping tool. The latest addition to the range of cable crimping and cutting tools from Cembre, the B500E is designed to replace the Cembre B51 cable crimping tool.

The Cembre B500E range of cable crimping tools includes the following product variations with the required battery charger, approved for use in the relevant country.

Cembre B500E Key Product Features

180º rotating tool head results in greater usability and easier cable crimping.
A security valve and maximum pressure sensor giving the user greater precision and the ability to accurately and easily repeat the pressure cycle during crimping cables.
18V New Li-Ion 4 Ah Batteries means the Cembre B500E will last for longer with a higher capacity than the 14.4V 3 Ah battery.
Suitable for use with cable connectors up to 240 sqmm using die sets that are common to the range of Cembre 50kN cable crimping tools.
OLED display showing real time, key product data  including general operating data, battery level, cycles performed and amount remaining before maintenance, tool serial number, pressure level and crimping force check.
Greater balance and lower weight results in better usability. The Cembre B500E is designed to make for a more efficient and manageable cable crimping process.
Plastic carry case including 2 batteries with charger and a shoulder strap as standard.
Low Noise, rubber grip inserts and minimal vibration mean improved user comfort.
Crimping data can be transferred to a PC or other device via the memory card that automatically stores crimping cycle information.
