Roxtec Swan Neck Transit Frame

The Roxtec Swan Neck frame is specifically designed for roof top installations. It simplifies cable and pipe installations by combining the benefits of the Roxtec modular sealing system and a vertical flanged frame channel arrangement.

This allows the unit to be bolted to the roof, and protects the cables as they are routed through the roof structure. Available in galvanised mild steel.

1. Make sure that all inside surfaces of the frame are free from dust or dirt.

2. Lubricate the inside surfaces with Roxtec Assembly Gel or Roxtec Lubricant, especially into the corners.

3. Adapt modules which are to hold cables or pipes by peeling off layers until you reach the gap seen in pic. 4

4. Achieve a 0.1-1.0 mm gap between the two halves when held against the cable/pipe.
