Oglaend Smart cable cleats resist extreme dynamic energy which can occur with powerful short circuits in low and high voltage power cable installations.

Oglaend Smart cable cleats are short circuit tested to 160 kA-Peak and are ideal for cleating and clamping high voltage (HV) power cables to cable ladder.

1. U-bracket in rungs is fastened using M6x40mm bolt. 2. Install the cables into cleats. 4. When the final cable is placed bend this side towards the nut side. 5. Allen key is placed in centre hole to align the holes for easier installation of the bolts. 6. Tighten the Smart Cleat with power drill.

Trefoil cable cleats and clamps are specified to provide short circuit retention generally to high voltage single core power cables installed in triangular (trefoil) form. Oglaend Smart Cleats are short circuit tested to 160 kA-peak.
