High Voltage Cable Glands - SWA Cables 6.6kV to 33kV

11kV cable glands feature bolt-on design ("top-hat") with heat shrink shroud for earthing high voltage XLPE insulated, steel wire armoured cables - 11kV SWA cable glands are compatible with a wide range of high voltage cable boxes and heat shrink cable terminations. Cast integral earth glands allow for use with high voltage installations including 6.6kV, 11kV, 17.5kV, 24kV and 33kV cable systems. 11kV SWA cable glands are available in 2 sizes (X = small and Y = large) - smaller cable gland Type X has dual stud fixings to BS2562. 

11kV XLPE SWA Cable Glands : Manufactured from galvanised mild steel with heat shrink outer shroud to seal high voltage cables, worm drive connection kit to earth SWA steel armour wires and fixing nuts and bolts.

High voltage cable glands are available with insulating plates for CT applications or separate earthing, an additional kit is required which contains a pre-drilled insulating plate with insulated fixings. LSF heat shrink cable glands are available.
