Cembre MarkingGenius2 is a high resolution, thermal transfer printer developed exclusively by Cembre to produce high quality print on markers, legends and labels for the identification of cables, conductors, electrical components and equipment. 

Cembre MarkingGenius2 is an essential cable marking and identification system for panel builders, OEM's and electrical contractors regularly needing to print markers, legends and labels. 

No more waiting around for labels or markers to arrive before you can complete the job, the Cembre MG2 offers the most time and cost effective production process - no warm up, easy loading/unloading of markers, 10 second print cycle and produces no fumes or residue. 

All Cembre printed materials can be quality checked by the operator to ensure accuracy. All Cembre MarkingGenius media can be printed with monocolour windows true type fonts at high speed as well as logos, images, drawings, barcodes and geometrics down to very small sizes.

Cembre MG2 printing cost is not variable depending on print density, as with ink or laser, and each monochrome ribbon can typically print around 1600 sheets of media with full printable surface coverage, eg more than 300.000 MG-TPMF 4X10mm cable tags.


The Cembre range of Laser Printer, Thermal Transfer Markers :

*Panel plates - plain or self adhesive Cembre markers, with and without pre-drilled holes allows customisable name plates, rating plates and data plates to be printed with company logos, technical data, serial numbers, EC certification.

*Cable Tags - precut, push in Cembre cable markers used to mark cables, conduit, pipes, tubes, conductors and electrical equipment. Cembre markers presented in stem format, tags are simply snapped off their stems and inserted into appropriate Cembre holders.

*Wraparound Cable Markers - self adhesive and pre-cut Cembre markers are suitable for identifying large diameter cables, tubes and conduit.

*Legends - pre-cut Cembre legends are particularly versatile for identifying cables, conduit, pushbuttons and plant machinery. Available as self-adhesive or pre-drilled with one hole. 

*Terminal Block Markers - depending on type, Cembre markers are available as joined strips at a set or flexible pitch or as separate markers for conventional individual insertion on mixed pitch terminal block assemblies. Printing a complete sheet of MG-CPM Cembre markers on the MG2 thermal transfer printers takes around 10 seconds.
