CATU single pole (unipolar) phase comparator device for indoor and outdoor use on medium or high voltage cables, overhead lines and switchgear - phase comparators suitable for 50 Hz and 60 Hz networks.

Phase comparator devices check either live cable conductor in a medium or high voltage electricity supply network for "in-phase" or "out-of-phase" condition - this includes 3.3kV, 6.6kV, 11kV, 15kV, 25kV and 33kV cable networks. 

When applied to the medium or high voltage electricity sources under testing the hand held CATU phase comparators provide clear visual indication of an "out of phase" condition.
