Cembre HT-TC0851 hydraulic cable cutting tools are hand operated, hydraulic tools specfically designed to cut copper, aluminium and telecommunications cables having a maximum overall diameter of 85mm.

The Cembre HT-TC0851 features a double speed action - a fast advancing approach of the cutting blades to the cable and a slower more powerful speed for final cable cutting.

The cable cutting head can be opened  to allow the cutting of running cables - the cutting head can rotate through 180 degrees.
