Nexans Euromold Interface F separable connectors for terminating MV-HV cables (including XLPE EPR 11kV 17.5kV, 24kV, 33kV, 42kV) - a complete range of elbow connectors for termination of medium/high voltage cables into switchgear, transformers, motors and substations up to 42k

Nexans Euromold 900 Series Screened Cable Connectors and Bushings connect and terminate medium and high voltage (MV-HV) power cables to Interface F bushings on switchgear and transformers up to 42kV.

Euromold Interface F connectors are suitable for termination of polymeric (XLPE EPR) insulated cables with copper wire or tape screen, wire armoured (SWA/AWA), wire braided or unarmoured cables into MV-HV Electrical Equipment with Interface F bushings.

Nexans 944TB tee connectors are compatible with Nexans 900AR-1, 900-AR-2, 900AR-3 and 900AR-4 equipment bushings.

Separable tee connector comprising:

1. Conductive EPDM insert.
2. Conductive EPDM jacket.
3. Insulating EPDM layer moulded between the insert and the jacket.
4. Type F interface as described by CENELEC EN 50180 and 50181.
5. Conductor connector.
6. Clamping screw.
7. Cable reducer.
8. Basic insulating plug (with VD point), type C interface as described by CENELEC EN 50180 and 50181.
9. Conductive rubber cap.
10. Earthing lead.

The thick conductive EPDM jacket provides a safe to touch screen which ensures safety for personnel, cables and electrical equipment in medium/high voltage installations. The screen break design enables cable outer sheath testing without removing or dismantling the connector.
