Cembre CAA150-M12 bi-metallic cable lugs are designed to crimp and terminate 150sqmm aluminium conductors to BS6360. Solid sector shaped aluminium conductors require pre-rounding prior to insertion to enable crimping. Cembre CAA crimp lugs are rated up to 33kV.

Die crimping positions are marked along the crimp lug barrel - Cembre crimps are capped and filled with grease to prevent oxidation of the aluminium.

Cembre bi-metallic cable lugs are designed to terminate low and high voltage aluminium conductor cables onto copper busbars - bi-metallic crimp splices and pin crimps are available.
