Cembre CAA95-M12 bi-metallic cable lugs are designed to crimp and terminate 95sqmm aluminium conductors to BS6360. Solid sector shaped aluminium conductors require pre-rounding prior to insertion to enable crimping. Cembre CAA crimp lugs are rated up to 33kV.

Die crimping positions are marked along the crimp lug barrel. Cembre crimps are capped and filled with grease to prevent oxidation of the aluminium.

Cembre bi-metallic cable lugs are designed to terminate low and high voltage aluminium conductor cables onto copper busbars. Bi-metallic crimp splices and pin crimps are available.
