ecom Tab-Ex Series Hazardous Area Tablet is the worlds first, hazardous area certified, handheld tablet computer. Part of the range of ecom hazardous area communication devices distributed by Thorne & Derrick and certified for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas, the tablet also comes with ATEX and IECEx certification.

The tablet is equally as lightweight and portable as it is rugged and tough. Launched in Assamstadt, Germany at IFA Berlin 2014, the ecom Tab-Ex hazardous area tablet is set to revolutionise communications between anybody working in and around hazardous areas.
