As well as providing the cables with significant mechanical support, the unique patented Atlas cable cleat design provides a choice of one bolt, two bolt or framing channel fixing options.
Manufactured in stainless and galvanised steel all Atlas cable cleats are supplied with a stainless steel top bolt to eliminate eddy currents.
To protect and cushion the cables during short circuit conditions, the Atlas cable cleat comes with integral LSF Zero Halogen Polymeric pads.

Emperor cable cleats are available for single core trefoil and multi-core cable cleat where the highest levels of short circuit withstand are required - Emperor cleats provide reliable high short-circuit withstand and are in widespread service on 132kV cable networks and National Grid sites.
The unique Emperor cable cleat patented design allows rapid installation.
Manufactured in type 316 stainless steel the Emperor cleats offer ultimate protection against the harshest environmental conditions. To protect and cushion the cables during short circuit conditions, the Emperor cleat is supplied with an integral LSF Zero Halogen Polymeric liner and base pad.
Recommended cable cleat fixing methods include using either two 10mm bolts or a single 12mm bolt.

Vari-cleat cable cleats are available for trefoil single and bundled cable applications where moderate levels of short circuit withstand are required.
The unique patented Vari-cleat compact design allows the separate over-strap to be installed after the cables have been positioned.The cable cleat base is cast in aluminium. The cable cleat over-strap is manufactured from type 316 stainless steel (a silicone LSF liner is available on request).
Recommended fixing methods include using 8mm, 10mm or 12mm bolts.

Developed for the cable cleating of utility network high voltage triplex cables -the triplex cable surround can be incorporated within a single cable cleat to secure three single core cables which are spirally twisted together (triplex cable). The triplex cleat surround is manufactured from LSF zero halogen polymeric material.
The surround overcomes the twist in the cable to allow cable cleating at any point along the length.
