Elastimold Separable Elbow Connectors and their related cable accessories are available in 200 Amp loadbreak, 200 Amp deadbreak and 600 Amp deadbreak styles. Rated for padmount, subsurface, vault, indoor, outdoor and other applications, units feature interchangeable interfaces which can be easily engaged or separated to provide a convenient method to connect or disconnect high voltage cable and equipment to the distribution system.

Elastimold makes installing loadbreak elbows on jacketed concentric neutral cable as easy as it gets. The Elastimold JS-style loadbreak elbows have a built-in jacket seal for quick and convenient grounding, sealing, and jacket restoration of high voltage cables.

With the investment in jacketed cable, it only makes sense to protect that investment by sealing the jacket where the high voltage cable is terminated. Elastimold offers two options, the ECS cold shrink tube kit and the LRJS jacket seal elbow. The jacket seal elbow, available in both 15 and 25 kV, 200 amp loadbreak, provides the industry’s best choice.

Because the seal is part of the load break elbow, there is no need for a separate cold shrink tube -here is only one seal to make and one set of mastics to install. These advantages make the Elastimold LRJS series a more cost effective choice than elbow/cold shrink tube systems.
