GRP Feeder Pillars & Control Panels
Control panels and feeder pillars can be customised to suit client specifications : feeder pillars can incorporate isolator switches, PECU, contactors, heaters, circuit breakers, fusegear and cable terminations.
3 phase 415V distribution control panels can be fitted with 4 pole contactors to control the phases simultaneously or one contactor per phase for individual control - T&D work with consultant engineers and contractors designing single and three phase control panels and feeder pillars.
This is complemented by a full range of galvanised feeder pillars, stainless steel feeder pillars, cast iron feeder pillars and GRP feeder pillars.

Fuse Distribution Feeder Pillars - Transformer Mounted.
Low voltage electricity distribution equipment manufactured from pre-galvanised 2mm sheet steel pillar with watershed top and front access door. Outdoor - IP43 degree of protection. Manual operation - IP2XB operator protection in open and closed position. Direct connection to the transformer LV terminations via 'F' type flange. 800A, 1600A, 2000A or 2500A main busbar rating. Moulded case circuit breakers (MCCB) up to 1250A. J type 92mm fuseways up to 800A. Pillars available in PME or SNE configuration.
Fuse Distribution Feeder Pillars - Free Standing.
Freestanding or transformer coupled to ENA TS 35-2 via 'F' type flange to BS2562. Complies with requirements of ENA TS 37-2. 2.5mm pre-galvanised sheet steel distribution pillar with weatherproof watershed top and front access door. Extensible to 14 TP&N fully shielded outing fuseways to IP2XB. 1600 or 2250A main busbar rating options for all feeder pillars.
Indoor LV Distribution Fuse Board & Control Panels.
Low voltage distribution boards and control panels are designed for indoor, floor or wall mounting. Up to 12 outgoing ways. 1600 amp main busbar ratings. 1600 amp 3 phase 4 wire pole operated incoming 'off-load' isolators. 630 amp rated triple pole outgoing circuits with provision for BS88 J type 92mm fuse links.
Mini Feeder Pillars.
Mini feeder pillars manufactured from 2mm stainless sheet steel, mounted on a GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) root. Polyester stove enamelled textured paint finished in admiralty grey to BS 381C shade no. 632. Outdoor - IP43 degree of protection.
