WKE Fireproof Junction Boxes (Fire Resistant Enclosures)

RAL 2004, EN60529, DIN VDE, UL 94-VO Fire Resistant Junction Box

The WKE range of fireproof junction boxes (fire resistant enclosures) includes models designed for complicated distribution systems where 30 to 90 minutes of fire protection is required.

With up 15 pole high-temperature ceramic terminals available the fireproof junction box range is ideal for cabling requirements on lift shafts, fire alarm installations and engine rooms.

WKE fireproof junction boxes (fire resistant enclosures) are manufactured from orange (RAL 2004) halogen free Duroplast, which offers lower smoke emissions and an ingress protection of IP54 to EN60529.

Available to provide protection for 30 minutes or 90 minutes when exposed to external fire, Spelsberg’s WKE range of fire resistant junction boxes provide guaranteed protection to DIN, VDE and UL standards.

The WKE fireproof junction boxes (fire resistant enclosures)  are halogen-free and ensure 90 minutes of fire protection for industrial and building services applications.

WKE fireproof junction boxes (fire resistant enclosures) are manufactured from high temperature resistant duroplastic with ceramic terminals for fire protection to E30, E60, E90 DIN 4102 part 12.

WKE fireproof junction boxes (fire resistant enclosures) up to IP54 are UL 94-VO rated. 5 pole, 8 pole, 15 pole, 2 x 10 pole and 2 x 12 pole fire protection junction boxes are available with DIN IEC 60998-2-5 compliance.
