Prysmian BICC BICON CW Cable Glands for Outdoor Cable Terminations

Prysmian CW brass cable glands are used to terminate XLPE and PVC insulated cables 600/1000 volts with steel wire armour (SWA) in both indoor and outdoor applications with IP66 rating - CW brass cable gland kits include locknuts, earth tag and shroud.

CW BICON Brass Cable Gland Kits suit 8.0mm to 88.0mm cable diameters. Prysmian (formerly Pirelli) BICON CW brass cable glands are suitable for glanding and terminating steel wire armoured (SWA) cables both indoor and outdoor. Prysmian CW cable glands are rated up to IP66 with use of suitable sealing washer or thread sealant at cable gland interface. Prysmian BICON cable glands provide outer seal onto cable sheath providing a weatherproof and waterproof cable termination.
