Prysmian Trefoil Cable Cleats
Prysmian trefoil cable cleats suit 24-76mm cable diameters and are specified for installing three single core cables in trefoil formation. Prysmian trefoil cable cleats are available with single or two bolt fixing. Recommended for retaining three single core cables in trefoil formation. Prysmian BICON trefoil cleats can be used at a maximum fault current level of 30kA RMS if spaced at 900mm on straight cable runs and 300mm on bends.
Prysmian Aluminium Hook Cleats
Prysmian aluminium hook cleats suit 25-76mm cable diameters, can be double-stacked and installed in dry indoor industrial or outdoor unpolluted areas. Hook cleats provide safe and reliable cable support either directly to a wall or located directly to cable tray, ladder or Unistrut. Featuring a two part design, with a single bolt fixing enabling the cleats to be installed temporarily in an open position.

Prysmian MPJ JEM Resin Cable Joints
Prysmian MPJ JEM resin cable joints improve safety and meet tougher new EU requirements for the jointing of low voltage power cables. Prysmian MPJ cable jointing kits use a new and non-hazardous resin as joint encapsulating material (JEM resin). Skin diseases are among the most important emerging risks related to extensive use of, and exposure to, chemicals by cable jointers. Under new EU regulations coming into force in December 2010, conventional isocyanate-based cable joint encapsulating resins will be re-classified as a Category 3 carcinogen and will have to carry a warning stating that they are “suspected of causing cancer by inhalation”.
